I recently have invented something, maybe I am not the first. What do you do w/ your left over breakfast pancakes? I hate throwing them away and so this is what I do. Keep them and then at lunch make a peanut butter and jelly pancake sandwich. It's lovely :)

ever since you wrote this post ive been thinking about how i want to make panckes. yum. but its so messy and lots of clean up. sometimes thats how i decide what im going to make - based on the mess it makes. terrible me.
You don't know me...I found your blog through Susan's. My Mom used to make ice cream sandwiches with leftover pancakes...they are very yummy. =)
